ReminMedia

It seems there is some confusion in the public sphere regarding what should and should not be taken into the dental office. So, as a public service we have decided to make a list of things that are NOT okay to take with you to your next appointment.

1. It is not okay to take live animals into the dental office.

2. It is not okay to take booze into the dental office.

3. It is not okay to take explosives into the dental office.

4. It is not okay to take knives, swords, machetes or other sharp-stabby things into the dental office.

5. It is not okay to take your clothes off in the dental office.

6. It is not okay to take illicit drugs into the dental office.

7. It is not okay to take a chainsaw into the dental office.

8. It is not okay to take a flamethrower into the dental office.

9. It is not okay to take your ex-wife into the dental office hoping to reconcile during your appointment

10. Finally, it is NOT OKAY to take a loaded gun into the dental office and accidentally shoot yourself while under the influence of nitrous oxide. Just ask 72-year-old James White from New Carlisle, Ohio. While high on nitrous, he heard his cell phone ring and reached to answer it when he accidentally fired his weapon, shooting himself in the hand and grazing his stomach. While not fatally injured, Mr. White’s accident is a huge lesson in what NOT to take the the dental office.
